The staff spoke four languages, wow! They could probably have a conversation with themselves. The tour desk was helpful, although I didn't need it since I managed to get lost just fine on my own.
Getting lost in translation was easier than finding the hotel's location.

The entire hotel was fairly clean and the room was clean. The room we had included a safe, television, and a writing table. Its staff were friendly and nice...

Comfy bed in the double room, plus climate control, an individual safe, and an iron. Awesome private bathroom. Location not far from the city centre, an industrial area and Marbella.

With staff speaking multiple languages, communication was a breeze. They were as versatile as a Flatscreen TV, effortlessly switching between Arabic, English, Spanish, and French. Plus, the practical guidance provided at the reception helped me navigate the area like a desk guiding a pen across the paper.
Surrounding industrial noise.

Fairly clean hotel with very friendly staff and magnificent location just off the city centre, and Marbella. Comfy bed, particularly good bathroom and climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television in the room.

For the price I paid, this hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. First of all, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The rooms and common areas were all impeccably clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel had a range of facilities that were available for use, such as a self-service laundry. The parking area was a huge advantage, as it provided convenience and ease of access. Moreover, the location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with excellent English proficiency.
Could not be improved in any way.

Attentive Staff: The staff at this hotel was incredible. They spoke multiple languages fluently and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their helpfulness was unparalleled, like having a personal concierge.
Minor Noise Issue: Some noise could be heard from neighboring rooms and the bar below, but it didn't disturb our overall experience.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and the comfortable beds provided at this hotel. The bathrooms were also well-maintained and clean. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. I appreciated the hotel's location, situated within a short walk from a popular beach club and not too far from the city center.
One downside I noticed during my stay was the hotel's location in an industrial area, which may not be appealing to everyone. This meant that there were limited views and occasional noise from nearby trucks and forklifts.
